Downloading a book fails and adding a book from the SD card fails (using v1.19)

The new v1.19 which we released today works fine when you upgrade from a previous version, but does not work correctly when it is installed for the first time.

The issue is caused by a change in the database format in v1.19. The code correctly upgrades older versions of the database to the new format, but does not create the database correctly during a new install.

I have temporarily unpublished the Ambling BookPlayer from the Android Market and we will release a new version with this issue fixed shortly

v1.20 has now been released which fixes the issue with creating the database on a new install. If you did a new install of the v1.19 release you will need to upgrade to the v1.20 release so that the player functions properly.
