Random stopping of player since froyo

Player randomly stops occasionally for no known reason since fro-yo update, and has to be restarted (you usually have to press the icon twice to get it to re-start) (Droid HTC Incredible)

Froyo introduced a new audio focus API where the Android can tell an audio application that it no longer has the audio focus. This API can specify if the loss of focus is temporary or permanent.

When running on Froyo the player will now stop playing when it is notified that it has lost the audio focus. For temporary loss of audio focus the player will receive a second notification when it can resume playing again.

The v2.03 release fixes several issues related to the support for the new audio focus system. Please let me know if you have seen any further issues while using v2.03.
