Fixes
Fixed a 32 bit signed number extension problem which was causing the 30 day post limiter to be ignored when determining if a new book event should be posted to Facebook.

Limited the number of Facebook events which can be queued up while the device is offline to 5.

Fixed a case where the player could sometime be left in a state with no book loaded and would immediately get an error every time it was started. This fixes a problem code 145 and 209 issue.

Added an additional try/catch block in the BookSummary code which displays the book cover image for the case where the image size is too large to fit in the available memory.

Changed the code which displays a message if the book must be purchased before it can be downloaded to avoid getting problem code 942.

Added a message explaining what Facebook permissions are used by the application.

Added a message on the login screen to let users know that their Android Market account information cannot be used to login to the AmblingBooks.com web site.

We also reset the Facebook integration settings which will require users to disable the Facebook integration in the Preference settings and then reenable it again before any more Facebook messages will be posted. This was a change in our Facebook integration settings at the Facebook site which we made to prevent extra posts from being created. All versions of the player (not just v2.08) will no longer be able to post Facebook messages until you reenable the Facebook integration feature. Please upgrade to v2.08 before reenabling the Facebook integration so that extra book posts will not be posted to your wall.
