bought, downloaded, but cannot open

Hi, I have bought the Ambling audio book program, downloaded, but cannot open.Why is that?

Please provide some additional details about the problem you are having:

Are you using the Android version of the player?

What Android device do you have?

Where did you download the player from?

Did you see a message asking about installing the player from an "Unknown source" (meaning a location other than the Android Market)?

On the home screen if you press the MENU button, and select "Settings" -> "Applications", is the checkbox for the "Unknown sources" setting checked?

Did you see any other error messages?
